What is Outdoor Fit?
Outdoor Fit is a weekly outdoor workout designed especially for women in Weesp. In small groups of up to 12, you’ll work on strength, conditioning, and mobility—always at your own pace.
No shouting or performance pressure, but plenty of personal guidance, clear instruction, and a warm, motivating atmosphere. Each session blends bodyweight or light-equipment strength training, energy-boosting cardio, breathing work, and relaxation.
You’ll become stronger, more energized, and build a fitter body—and more self-confidence—all in the fresh air.
