Whether you want to get stronger, build up your fitness, recover from an injury or pregnancy, or just feel better in your body — we will create a plan together that works for you.

Each session is tailored to your level, pace, and progress. No standard schedules, but personal attention.

Duo Training

Stronger together, with personal attention for both of you.

You train together with a friend, sister, or colleague — at your own level, with guidance that is fully tailored to your goals.
The difference? Extra motivation, fun, and a push when you need it.

At the moment, you can start with my 6-week bodyweight only program: effective, feasible, and can be done completely without equipment.

Do you have specific complaints or are you unsure which exercises are safe for your body? Then you can also request a personalized program. I am happy to think along with you, so that you can move with confidence — in your own way.

Step 2: Schedule appointment

We will discuss your wishes and possibilities during a phone appointment. This is entirely without obligation and is to experience whether it is all possible and whether it feels good.

Step 3: First training

If it feels good, we'll schedule your first training session! This can be at a location of your choice. We will discuss this all during the phone call.
