Hi, i am Carolien
As a fitness trainer and body image coach, I help you build a strong, healthy relationship with your body. There are many ways to do this: through training we focus on movement and strength, and alongside that you can work on nutrition, mindset, and body image. This way, you’ll experience more energy, joy, and confidence—both physically and mentally.
With my experience and expertise, I create a safe and personal environment where you can grow in your own way. Whether you choose Outdoor Fit, personal training, or an online program, you’ll learn to work with your body—helping you feel more energetic, stronger, and more at ease in your own skin.

How much does it cost?
Prices vary per offer (outdoor fit, personal training, or online programs). You can find all current rates on the corresponding pages.
I am pregnant or just gave birth – can I participate?
Yes, you can. It does depend on any complaints and what your body needs. There are pregnant women who participate in the Outdoor Fit classes.
Starting this fall, I will offer special classes for prenatal and postnatal women. Interested? Sign up here, and I will keep you informed.
